Paul Giamatti

We would have bought the 'stock' of Paul Giamatti, if actors and actresses were traded like companies of the financial world.

Paul Giamatti, at 38, has come quite far in the tinsel town to establish himself as a great character actor. That day we were in a Chicago-to-LA flight and the whole lot of passangers were glued to the monitors that were showing 'Cinderella Man', a wonderful film that somehow got lost in the shower of too many good movies and movies with special effects in 2005. All passangers were appreciating the acting prowess of Paul (By the way, many do not know his name yet but we are sure they'll soon).

We always considered Paul's acting in 'Sideways' to be of superb level. The modulation of emotions on his face and dialogues in his voice still continue to mesmerize us.

Paul was nominated for his role in 'Cinderella Man' but unfortunately he missed it. However, he was awarded the 12th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards and the 11th Annual Critics' Choice Awards this year -- two very prestigious awards.

Currently, he is working for Night M. Shyamalan's next venture 'Lady in the Water'. We are looking forward to that, Paul. You have many years of acting left in you and we'll closely watch your evolution in years to come.
